feat(book): enable ability to export as PDF book #14 #47

This is a github action to compile all MDs and generate a PDF. This is a base revision.

TODO

  1. ordering of the MDs before compiling.
  2. Styling of PDF.
  3. Add download button for the PDF.

will capture the above in the same PR.
