Provide gitlab and bitbucket for demo site #82

Describe what change you would like: The demo site only supports github, it would be good to configure it to provide gitlab and bitbucket as well

moved to new issue in the Threat Dragon repo: #1009 provide gitlab and bitbucket acess on the demo site
