New image handling

Breaking Change !!! Images will be handled similar as icons, which means:

• add an image to local volatile image storage

• images are later referenced by their name (instead of sending the whole image)

  • background images can be removed from the tile with an empty "backgroundImage", but they stay in local storage and can be used just by referring to their name
