change screen navigation to swipe #85

Major change of the screen navigation from "click" to "swipe" gestures

summary of changes and new features

navigation buttons removed from footers
no direkt button for the (rarely used) settings screen
hidden screens are not shown when swiping
simulatated animation when swiping thru screens (fading backlight)

screen Navigation

swipe left : next (higher) screen
swipe right : previous (lower) screen
swipe down : home screen (screen 1)
- swipe up : drop down screen select
- when on a pop-up screen : swipe down for return to parent screen (no other swipes from here)
