TouchPanel: update documentation to match release 2.4.6

Reading through the enhancements, I can only see one as follows:

• images can be used (configured) by their name before they are uploaded (tile stores a placeholder with empty img). As soon as the named image is uploaded, all effected tiles will be updated

The previous requirement that the image must be uploaded before configuring it by name was not mentioned in the docs. Therefore this enhancement should make things smoother for the user, but I don't think this needs to be documented. Do you agree?

Anything else from this update that needs adding to the docs? I propose closing this issue, if the answer is no.

• empty dropdown list deletes the recent list -- selected option text will be removed from tile -- the previously configured icon will be reverted

sending images:

• when an image is resent (same name with new content), all tiles effected are automatically updated with the new content
