Add ingredient to shopping list #31

User can change the quantity of the ingredient to the required amount and then add it to the shopping list. The ingredient's quantity should reset to it's default value after it has been added.

Quantity is now reset using default value in the UnselectAll method in the Ingredients Fragment.
