A generic launcher built on top of oak #84

Hi,

First of all, thanks so much for this project, we are using it for a lot of our screens in our Museum, a little over 100 now: https://visit.museum.wa.gov.au/boolabardip/

It is not in production yet but we have created a generic launche for our screens that adds crash and "unresponsive" page handling as well as some extra configuration handling which works in with how we manage our fleet of interactive screens.

I forgot to add a note that it was based off your multi display example, I've done that now. https://github.com/OakLabsInc/app-multi-display
