Adding a new user from a request ticket

Safe option of using sudo on the cluster. --> sudo !! ( re- runs previous command)

New User :

  1. Send email to PI for approval.
  2. Get approval from PI.
  3. Add as contact on freshdesk.
  4. run model load user_management
  5. check create_new_user -h
