@krzkaczor this is tested against eip-1102 branch of metamask-extension.
It's WIP because I would like to test it on different providers if I haven't broken anything.
Most likely those changes must be reverted when we merge the release branch.
Also probably we shouldn't merge this on e but rather deploy from different branch.
