Chart tooltip not shown depending on page scroll position #419

Using oasis dex with chrome 65.0 on linux the Chart tooltip does not show if the page is scrolled down a bit so the div 'order-center' is partially obscured. However if the page is scrolled all the way to the top the tooltip showing vol etc is shown ok.
