Automatic synchronization of rules when changed via native interface #9

Register push notifications receiver and perform automatic synchronization of rules. In such case buttons "Sync" may be removed. While synchronization in progress some indication in the upper bar may be introduced (for example, circle as in IDA Pro becoming yellow while synchronization in progress and red on any errors).

We will pay more attention to this in future releases. In the current design, this is not possible, since there is still no permanent oasis with a cloud (on the one hand) and a user's browser (on the other hand).
