Add descriptions for SummaryID, EPCalc and EPType as optional verbose fields #8

Request from members of Oasis Steering Company (meeting 5th June 2024) to add meaningful descriptions directly to ORD results reports as optional verbose fields to avoid repetitive post-processing.

Table shows proposed implementation: updated field descriptions of existing fields (changes highlighted yellow) and 3 new fields 'EPTypeDescription', 'EPCalcDescription' and 'SummaryDescription' added to results tables to meet this request.
