Documentation updated to reflect changes to model file validation checks

Recent changes to the model file validation checks include the incorporation of these checks into the csv to binary conversion tools by default (see PR https://github.com/OasisLMF/ktools/pull/370) and additional model file validation checks (see PR https://github.com/OasisLMF/ktools/pull/373). The documentation has been updated to reflect these changes.
