[Feature Request] Ability to adjust emulation speed past 100% #89

I use Dolphin exclusively to play Chibi-Robo. It's an incredible game, but it's really slow out of the box. 200% speed feels like the way it was meant to be played. Unless I'm mistaken, there's no way to adjust the emulation speed in DolphiniOS. It'd be great if this could be added at some point :) Thank you!
