Multiple devices on Config settings

Is there a way for us to use multiple devices while playing a game? Example in the image below

I was wondering if DolphiniOS could use this so that we can play on a backbone controller and use motion controls at the same time. Would be amazing if we could

Would absolutely love this. Would make Wii games way more playable with a controller like a backbone or kishi.
