Disable download permanently? #10

Hi,

Is it possible to mark a folder to never download content unless explicitly allowed to? I find that if I remove the download and go into the folder it automatically starts downloading.

I'm not aware of any API that allows this. I don't think it's technically possible at the moment.

Of course I'd love for anyone to prove me wrong!
