In the Bits update site we should expose the apache POI OSGi bundle instead of building our own bundle.

The .target file should be able to reference the maven artifact (see the pom.xml for more details on what is packaged).
We can then add the bundle to the Bits update site.

Some tests will be needed to make sure M2Doc works with this bundle.

There is a version of POI 5.3.0 on orbit.
