org.eclipse.poosl.xtext.helpers.HelperFunctions#globalScopeProvider is static value link to the 1rst loaded resource.

A comment hints about a duplicated provider. Maybe they accessed an injector the wrong way.

We are exposed to a memory leak or memory loss.

This was only detected running Xpect in maven.
