Unable to drag element onto class diagram #1043

I recently upgraded to UMLDesigner 8.1 I am able to open all my class diagrams but is unable to drag and drop elements from the Model Explorer onto the class diagram. I am able to create new elements on the class diagram.

Any idea how to resolve this?
