Fix #921 Migrate UMLGen Java plugins from Eclipse to UML Designer

Since the UMLGen project is not maintained anymore, move java related plugins to UML Designer.

That looks pretty good. I would just like that :

• these plugins are not installed by default
• they should be avaialble in the UML Designer update site
• they should be easily installable thanks to the discvery feature: http://www.umldesigner.org/ref-doc/discovery.html and you need to edit the discovery.xmi file : https://github.com/ObeoNetwork/UML-Designer/blob/master/documentation/discovery.xmi
• you add some documentation related to these plugins (the one from the UML Gen projects is a first step)
• you update the UML Designer documentation to refers the new pugins
