Statechart, SubStateMachine, Entry/Exit points don't work #981

In UML designer, I am creating a statechart. I would like to use sub statemachines with entry and exit points. The diagram allows me to draw the sub statemachines, entry points and exit points. Unfortunately I can't create any transitions to/from those points.

In QM 4.1.0 it is possible

If I misunderstood how to use sub statemachines: Would you know how to use them correctly in UML designer, or, which online resource would explain it? I have googled but couldn't find.

I am using Version 8.0.0 on KUbuntu Linux 16

I know this issue is old, but I noticed today that these things still don't work.
