Original idea, concept, and work all done by Glenn Seemann and David Bourg, and is copyrighted work.

Documentation needs created for this project and the documentation should include creation and maintenance history. Until then I will add original creator to the readme. Edit: Documentation should be made in a Oberin documentation repository after we move the Oberin code to an organization.
