Create Devices All (XXX MilliSeconds) || (Or PixelDelta) At Current MousePosition (DFMF) #117

DFMF Device From MousePosition Feature. Like The DALF, mark a inital Device, an then all xxx ms (Configurable) a copy of the InitialDevice at the current MousePosition is created.
