Implement First Physical Datatypes For Datatype Safety

First Prototypes Are Avaible, But There Currently Are Some Problems With The New Types:

• Some UI Controls Not Longer Worked (Workaround was not to change the ViewModel)
• The Export In The SQLite Database Not Lonkger Worked
• And The Problems That Existed, But We Have Not Found Yet
