Create a settings dialog for editing the settings / configuration of the tool.

The Dialog Is Visible, But The Settings Are Not Saved To Any File Because The Setting Values Are HardCoded From The Testing Mock 🤣 ...

Correction: Only The Network Settings Are Not Implemented Because This Features (UDP,MQTT) Are Also Not Implemented ... General Settings Are Working ...
