Is it possible to deploy the binaries in GitHub as Click & Once Application ?

I Deployed The Application Into A Folder, but when opening the SIGENCEScenarioTool.application File, only the XML Content is displayed. Maybe there is no support in GitHub for thie MIME Type ...
