Create A Dialog For Editing A RFDevice #91

In the future it is useful to have a extra dialog for editing a rfdevice with more sophisticated properties and settings. Therefore, we need a special dialog to edit this properties. The editing in the datagrid, works basicly, but edit some enhanced properties are not very nice.

Dynamic behaviour
