Added server commands:

TakeOver
SafeInviteCode
InviteCode
Sleep
ResetDay
ShutDown
SpawnMonster

Added host command:

LetMePlay

More actions:

Added workaround for no invitation code
Changed the way the host becomes invincible.
HostAutomation class added
Bug removed, blocking when host faints.
The readme file has been updated.
Version number increased.

Hi @ObjectManagerManager, I wanted to ask why the changes are not merged. The merge does not have the latest changes from the fork, as I thought piece by piece is better. I would have merged the latest changes right after this merge. Alternatively, I can also drag the merge to the latest changes.
