Add ferry lines from OSM #12

@cjacobscrisioni It is already included in the geofabrik download. But in the multilinestrings unit, other_tages contains route=ferry.

Multiline strings do not work correctly in geodms atm. But they are also not very necessary. They are also in included in the normal linestrings
