We need to have tests run on every pull request. Also want build versions to be automatically updated, so they are consistent and increasing.

Are testers and clocks needed?

Well would be nice to make sure all releases work:-) The basic Unit Tests will probably just run on PC's, not the clocks themself. I don't think we want to have releases that break existing functionality.
