Add PF2e Item and Plane layouts #9

This is adds PF2e Item and Plane layouts following the templates specified on pages 221 and 174 of GM core, respectively. The plane layout is pretty trivial, whereas the item layout has a bunch of optional properties including support for multiple types. I've included render tester support for example statblocks in https://github.com/Obsidian-TTRPG-Community/Pathfinder-2E-SRD-Markdown/pull/20

The changes look good, but you should describe the changes that you made. It would be helpful if you could add some pictures of the new stat blocks to the PR description as well.
