Initial commit of statblocks and format. #103

Pathfinder 1E stat blocks in note format with a statblock layout JSON file. Statblocks converted from Archives of Nethys by me from database from PathfinderMonsterDatabase. Format by @sigrunixia with some edits by me.

Thank you very much for this @djbrock. PF1e kinda took the back burner for a while, and I know we have quite a few players who have been needing these resources.
