Update gm-screen.md #126

GM screen - Conditions section - replaced Links with absolute file paths with standard "[[]]" links in order to work independent of folder structure. If appreciated, please integrate this as standard.

Hi there... never done this before, so hopefully I did everything correctly. Are reviews triggered automatically, or do I need to personally get in touch with someone?
