Make flat damage reduction visible on armor stats.

Why It's Good For The Game

Mechanical transparency helps player understand the system better.

Changelog

add: Armor now display flat damage reduction. This was added in 23 months ago as part of the ErisMed 3 port but was not visible or knowable to player, until now.
