"Occupation holder with job zone n" as a reasoned class #11

Describe the bug "Occupation holder with job zone n" should be a reasoned class. Having two hierarchies, one with the occupation holders structure and the other with their grouping based on zone, is confusing, unless there is some use case for it that I am not aware of. The latter can be made into a reasoned class. Also, labels explaining what job zones are would make the class more understandable for the user.

Expected behavior "Occupation holder with job zone n" becomes a reasoned class. The respective data properties get definitions explaining what job zones are.

@giacomodecolle Sorry I am confused about what reasoned class do you mean. The "Occupation holder with job zone n" is a defined class. After reasoning, the 'occupation holder' will classified under "Occupation holder with job zone n" based on zone. As I think, it is made into a reasoned class and data property used to specify the job zone.

The occo.owl file is the reasoned file that will be served as the OCCO release file.
