Moved data items to individuals #33

As discussed in a previous call, I have made classes taken from O NET into individuals on the data side of the ontology. A new relation is introduced to mirror the "narrower than" relation in O NET. @johnbeve @zhengj2007

@zhengj2007, @giacomodecolle does not have much experience using ROBOT or your templates. Would you mind meeting with him and illustrating the process?

@zhengj2007 thanks for the link. As @johnbeve said, I am unfortunately not familiar enough with ROBOT. The issue is exacerbated by the fact that the changes I made involve probably hundreds of classes, which makes it almost impossible to do entirely by hand. I would greatly appreciate your help in sorting this out.

Was this ever resolved? If not, can we ignore this update method since it seems to be a barrier to development?
