when moving ref from introduction, I forgot to copy them to the relevant section. This is fixed here + sorted in alphabetical order

Ok! In principle the bibliography should build automatically so not sure it is the perfect spot? Maybe elaborate on this.

Maybe add another section like "additional useful literature?"

Maybe we clarify quickly during the workshop

Indeed, I guess there is a way to cite and add automatic ref in the document like in latex... how does it work exactly? This table of reference should in principle all be cited in the text and be in the relevant section automatically

soerenthomsen commented 2 years ago

Indeed. it works like this

{cite}Rudnick2018

You can see it in section 4.3.3 Spray https://oceangliderscommunity.github.io/DepthAverageCurrents_SOP/sections/DACs_pre_deployment.html

After implementing more citations we can also make them look nicer as done here: https://github.com/OceanGlidersCommunity/Oxygen_SOP/pull/216/files

Which is quite some effort but we managed to do it for the oxygen and salinity SOP. Happy to do this together with you so you learn it ok?
