Add Generic function test section for LoC #47

So far we just cover the Generic function test for the UV Spectrometers. Should we also add a short paragraph about the Loc? @mpatey what do you think?

Ideally we can find another author or more from the Daniel2020 paper to add a paragraph on this and become co-author?
