correct no3- and no2- superscript #77

Is this superscripted minus sign necessary? We have not used it anywhere else. Nitrate by itself is an ion, so it should have the minus. But then everywhere or nowhere...

Not an expert on this. But agree that is should be congruent throughout the whole document. @mpatey what do you say?

To have it congruent at the moment approved it.

My vote would be for the charge to be indicated throughout because NO3- is chemical notation and it is incorrect not to include it.
