Document my try and error here:

I created the salinity page on netlify and stop the building in "Build & deploy" -> "continues deployment" -> "Build settings". But might have to do more.

just another commit to test whether after adding TOKEN and API ID from netlify helps. But just realised i put the Oxygen IP ... so changed it to salinity ID after.
