Describe the bug

Before migration we could register anyone without asking him. Now, to register a new contact, this contact needs to validate his registration by receiving an email. This is blocking us, as many contact are not necessary users.

I would suggest to differentiate contact with users.

So that we (TC and Magali) can make progress without asking someone to validate his account.

To reproduce

follown Contact registration and try to create a new contact there.

Expected behaviour

Easily create contact with name, country, insitution and email. Maybe hide email by default for contact if needed to follow RGPD. Keep the same process for users.

good idea. A new contact should be registered without any password and if such contact wishes to become a user then allow it. Use the attribute "password" for this. null or not null.
