Tidy up of Model_Device.csv for SOOP devices #32

There is a mix of recording devices and launcher equipment for SOOP XBT in the Model_Device.csv table. We need to be able to select a recording device AND a launching device.

I have moved the launcher information out of the model_device.csv and into sensor_exposure.csv as this seems the most relevant table. If there is another place that is better, we can put them there. In the GUI, both the model_sensor information and the sensor_exposure information needs to be available for the user to select.

I have updated the model_device table too for TURO QUOLL and TURO DEVIL, as well as adding the word 'Sippican' to the MK21 devices. model_device.csv sensor_exposure.csv

@MKrieger29 , I'd like to finalise these updates. I agree the SENSOR_EXPOSURE reference table is an appropriate place to put the list of launcher devices for XBT systems. Once moved, will historical records that have used these values need updating?

The csv files above look like they are correct to me. Can we progress the update of these tables?

This was discussed by the SOT/SOOP panel today and we all still agree that we would like these table updates outlined by Bec. Please note some very small corrections to the model_device.csv. Please use the corrected version that I have attached here. Thank you, Justine Parks model_device.csv

After discussion via teams with @MartinOceanOPS, @MKrieger29, @justineparks, attached the model_device.csv for just SOOP. The existing laucher/device information relating to SOOP should be removed and any records associated with these reassigned to the new names. model_device_soop_updates.csv

Work in progress: I updated our reference tables to add/update entries for main and ancillary SOOP devices, as described in the csv, see the table here This table in not entirely up to date, the next steps I will need to work on:
