AST24 - BGC-ARGO Harmonization of Argo Network naming (action item #12 AST24) #119

In the website both "BGC-Argo" and "Argo BioGeochemical Argo" For clarity and after discussions with V. Turpin, il would be great to replace Argo Biogeochemical by Argo BGC everywhere.
