I don't know fully the WMO identifier, especially the last 2 digits. If it is only the sequence number of our sensors than we can replace "x" by "0". The name of the program is also unknown (Ocean-Ops determines it), but if it is possible the program can be called "InaCBT" as the name in national program.

Please correct it if there is still errors on the metadata
