Digest warrnings #152

Operators and program manager are receiving to many warrnings from us. We would like to rationalise the information to make it more usable by the community. The envisaged solution is to produce a digest of the warnings every week/month/months (to be decided) that will contain all the alerts the person should receive in one easy to read message.

The easiest action would be to address those notification to Core and BGC DMCP.

It would be smarter to check the content of the two notifications and see how we can improve that message.

Action Victor: Récupérer mail de CLS de l'altimétrie.

Hello @vturpin et @MKrieger29 . Pour info la manière dont sont générées les alertes altimétries est entrain de changer. Faute de financements pérennes les analyses de CLS vont être faites moins régulièrement, e.g. il n'y en a pas eu depuis ~ 1 an je crois. Il faudrait que vous discutiez avec Christine Coatanoan (c'est elle qui "sous-contracte" CLS pour ce travail).
