Missing WMO field in the OceanGliders registration wizzard #22

Describe the bug

The first window of the OceanGLiders mission registration wizzard is requesting the WMO ID of the glider, but there is no field to enter the WMO ID

To reproduce

OG theme registration Wizzard

Expected behaviour

We need the field for WMO ID

@anthoninlize I just went back on the wizzard and everything seems fine. Maybe I was on the test borad, with an updated version of the wizzard, or I was on the wrong theme... However, this bug exist somewhere, but I don't know where exactly. So this is not emergency at all anymore and if I found if again I'll update this issue ! I suggest to keep it alive for a while.

perhaps the small "wizard" form in the ptf editor, needs checking post migration
