Challenge idea: Hands tied #21

So I previously brainstormed the challenge named 'Hands Tied', where you start with an eternal negative shortcut and feeners, and ever playing a straight results in your money being set to zero However what I just realized is that the challenge is way better if your discards are locked at zero, but you get some extra hands to compensate Because of that you would be forced to dig through your deck by playing hands, which increases the chance that by not paying attention you will accidentally play a straight

Drunkard Andrew Both discard vouchers ..is that it? I don’t think there’s anything else that gives +discards?
