🚀 [Feature] Filter posts by users 2.0, option 'Users I muted'

Feature: As a user
I would like to easily display posts by users I muted
to quickly get the full picture of posts on the newsfeed
without having to unmute those users one by one
and then having to mute them one by one again.

User Problem

• By seeing the "Users I muted" button in the filter menu more users become aware that they can mute posts of users
• Increase user's happiness and satisfaction
• Less frustrated users who leave / who stop their donation

Implementation

• [ ] Rearrange filter menu layout: visually separate "filter by users" from "filter by emotions"
• [ ] Add the buttons and function to the user filter:
  • [ ] "All" (default setting)
  • [x] "Users I follow" - already existing #964
  • [ ] "Users I muted"
  • [ ] "Others"

Design & Layout

Validation

• Increased user satisfaction
• Less people who stop their donation

@sushidave can we close this issue in favour of https://github.com/Human-Connection/Human-Connection/issues/2198 ? If you can see all posts without login, you could easily achieve the desired behaviour in this feature request simply by logging out.
