So far we used lokalise (https://lokalise.com/) as external translation tool. Are there other options?

I heared about Phrase (https://phrase.com/) but never tried it.

Yunohost is using Weblate for app translation and Grav for documentation translation. Weblate and Grav can be hosted or at least tested on Yunohost as an app (Weblate + Grav ).

Weblate's self-hosted version is for free. Never tried it tho. Liberapay seems to use the hosted version.
