As a user
I want to subscribe to a group and be notified about new posts

Tasks:

[ ] Add subscribe button (on/off)
- [ ] public group
- [ ] Subscribe button is always visible
- [ ] default button text is Subscribe
- [ ] closed/hidden group
- [ ] Subscribe button is only visible for members
- [ ] all group types
- [ ] automatically subscribe if a user joins a group
[ ] Notify subscribers if new posts are posted
- [ ] notification text Published a post …
